What we collect
Your name, email, optional phone number, listing link, property address and details, and the photos you upload.
How we use it
Only to build, deliver and support your tour, and to email you about your order. We never sell your data.
Photos and video
Uploaded photos are stored privately. Before anything is uploaded, your browser removes location and camera details. If you film a walk-through video, your browser picks still frames from it and uploads only those: the video file and its sound never leave your device. Only the photos used in your published tour can be seen, and only by people who have its link. Unpublishing a tour stops its photos from loading.
AI processing
To draft your tour, your photos and the details you typed are sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which suggests the room order, captions and a floor-plan sketch, and checks the draft. A person reviews every tour before it's delivered. We never use AI to create or alter images of your property, and captions only describe what's visible in your photos or what you told us. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data isn't used to train its models.
How long we keep files
Photos and video frames that your published tour doesn't use are deleted 60 days after delivery. For orders that are never paid or are cancelled, everything is deleted after 60 days. The display copies your published tour uses stay online while the tour is published. Ask us any time and we'll delete everything sooner.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Your choices
Ask us any time to remove your tour, photos or details by replying to any email from us.
