What you're buying
A 2D photo walk-through: a shareable web page that links your listing photos (or still frames from your walk-through video) into a guided, room-by-room tour. It is not a 3D scan or a measured floor plan. We build it only from what you send, so the result depends on its quality.
How we build it
We use AI to suggest the room order, captions and floor-plan sketch, and a person reviews every tour before delivery. We never generate or edit images of your property with AI, never add rooms or features, and captions describe only what's visible or what you told us.
Payment
You pay upfront at checkout. One-off plans are charged once. The Monthly Host Plan renews every month until you cancel and includes up to 5 tours per month. Unused tours don't roll over.
Delivery
We confirm your photos within 24 hours and usually deliver within 2–3 business days, or by your deadline if we agreed to it.
Revisions
Each tour includes one free revision, such as changing room order, names or captions. Reply to your delivery email to ask for it.
Refunds
If we can't build a usable tour from your photos and you can't send replacements, we refund you in full. Once a tour has been delivered, it can't be refunded, but your free revision still applies.
Your photos
You confirm you own the photos and videos or have permission to use them. You keep all rights. You give us permission to use them only to build and host your tour. Files your tour doesn't use are deleted automatically; see our Privacy policy for how long we keep them.
